Whilst under the influence of an unexpected Guinness or two, I decided to make a gourmet breakfast for Mr G. Slow cooked these gorgeous tomatoes overnight, faffed about with a failed hollandaise etc etc. while Mr G goes for the papers. He seems less than impressed with my endeavours. Perhaps because he scarfed a roll and sausage from the paper shop first.
