This is a BIG bag of salad. I thought it would go limp before I could use it all. HOWEVER I kept it in its bag in the fridge and TWO weeks later it was still lovely and crunchy. Can be fancied up a la bistro or shoved in a bap with a tomato and cheese. Very. Very. Good value for money.
