Not had it yet but looks great
A lovely change to have a sweetheart cabbage. I chop it up a thinly and sweat it off with some butter in my fry pan with lid, it only takes a couple of minutes.
Fresh, tasty and easy to prepare. Great for adding to soup too.
Mr G disnae really like mince and skirlie. He just sees it as a vehicle for this sweet, tender cabbage. Also the pungent delights of bashed neeps and carrots. Mr G says my cooking is getting better. I know its no. It's just better quality veggies from firm banana but I'm no tellin him that.
Luvvly fresh cabbage and tastes great
